Valentina

Entrepreneur. Educator. Strategist. Mum.
And permanently convinced there has to be a better way of doing things.

I opened my first language and music school in Romania in 2009, at 25. Two years later, I opened a professional training centre, where I certified people to become trainers and quality assurers. Over the years, I've trained teachers, lawyers, librarians, jewellery makers... even the manager of a football team who needed to train his own staff.

Then, in 2018, life changed: I moved to the UK and started again from nothing, this time online. Today, I run two online education businesses, VP Modern Foreign Languages and the Tutors Academy of Business, host the Iron Mindset Podcast, and continue building a life and businesses that work together rather than compete with each other.

I've made money, lost money, built things that worked, built things that didn't, changed direction, started again and learned an enormous amount.

Every expensive mistake I made along the way is a lesson I can now hand to you.

Excellence in business. Present in life.

This isn't just a tagline. It's how I want to live.

I care about building profitable businesses. I care about becoming excellent at what I do. I care about money, growth, ambition, discipline and doing work I'm proud of.

But I also care about having a life.

Being present with my family. Looking after my health. Having financial security. Travelling. Learning. Watching far too much Netflix occasionally. Having time to think. And building a future I'm actually excited to live in.

I don't want a successful business attached to an exhausted life.

I want both.
