I started teaching in my second year of university and opened my first business at 25 in 2009. By the time I closed my Romanian businesses in 2018 to rebuild online in the UK, I had managed over 24 teachers, 3 secretaries, and two separate business entities, working with international brands such as Ford, Pirrelli or Hella.

I am an internationally qualified Trainer of Trainers and hold a BA in Business Management. I'm not just a marketer who teaches business. I am an educator who has built real businesses and who understands the specific architecture that makes an expert's business sustainable at scale.

Before you enrol

Is there a set order or fixed programme duration?

No. SBDM is structured like a private school — you enrol and study at your own pace along the path that your business needs. At onboarding, we create a personalised study plan together. That plan is reviewed and updated monthly based on your results. You can switch paths, move forward, or revisit. There is no finish line — there is only the next level.

Is this for beginners?

Not for complete beginners - you can enrol at a Start-Up stage. The Study Programme is most powerful when you have something real to work on. You bring your actual business — your offers, your positioning, your sales process — and we correct it live. The further along you are, the faster the feedback loop works. If you are not yet ready to implement, the AMA Library is a better fit right now.

How much time does it require each week?

Live sessions run on Mondays and Wednesdays. Implementation assignments take additional time depending on where you are in your business. This is not passive consumption — participation is expected. If you are not ready to implement right now, the AMA Library is a better entry point.

What's the difference between THE PROGRAMME and THE MENTORSHIP?

The Study Programme is group-based live correction; however, you will get your personalised study plan and personalised answers to your questions. The Mentorship adds 3 monthly private 1:1 sessions (30 minutes each), a private channel, monthly strategy reviews, and quarterly roadmap recalibration. Mentorship is for students who want precision and direct personalised architecture for their specific business.

Do you guarantee results?

No. SBDM does not promise income. It builds the systems, discipline, and reinforcement that make income sustainable. If you participate fully and implement consistently, it would be difficult not to improve your revenue capacity. But we are not in the business of selling certainty we cannot own.

When does the April cohort open, and what happens to the price?

The April 2026 cohort opens now at the founding tuition fee of £60/month. This price is available for the first 50 students only. After that, the standard price is £80/month. Semester and annual options are priced accordingly with 10% and 15% discounts applied to the current rate.
